Question: I’m a complete beginner and I’ve never traded before, is your trading education suitable for me?

Answer: Yes. My training material is built from the ground up so that you have the exact same knowledge and approach to apply in the markets.


Question: Do you offer a signal service? Like on WhatsApp, Telegram or Email?

Answer: Yes, I send trade notifications via Telegram. Find out more on my Products page here.


Question: Do you tell your Clients when you’ve closed a trade early, changed a stop or target? 

Answer: Obviously yes – what’s the point of a trade notification service if I’m not informing my Clients of what I’m doing? 


Question: What lot size should I use when following your notifications? 

Answer: Every trader  is different when it comes to risk appetite and also I have no idea how much you’re trading with. Email me to ask that question specific to your account value but if you’re good at maths, have a look at my risk management page and work backwards from there to apply it to your account. 


Question: Can I have a trial of your trade notification service? 

Answer: No. I believe that what I’ve done so far by displaying the trades and analysis should be more than enough to inspire some confidence for those that are not Clients already – there’s not much more I can do free of charge.


Question: I have never traded before, what amount should I start with once I have completed your education?

Answer: Before you even consider going live, you need to make sure you’ve got a strategy (fundamental or technical) that you’re comfortable with and that you have paper traded/demo traded for at least 3 months. It’s important to use the demo over this period because you need to get to grips with the practice of executing your plan. Of course, there will be little or no psychology training over this period because the funds you’ll be using wont be real. Therefore, when going live with real money for the first time, you need to start with a small amount. You need to focus on the idea of putting real funds at risk and training your emotional involvement rather than “how much do I start with?”. Start with as little as £300 – £500 initially just to get a feel for trading live, the results in terms of P&L may be insignificant but the foundation/psychology of you trading with real money is the main point you’re trying to build on. Then, you can top up over time – trade with £500 for a few months, see how it feels and slowly increase it each month/quarter. Never rush into your trading career – the guys that are here long term are the ones that have built from the ground up. It’s extremely rare you find a high risk punter that’s turned £1000 into £100,000 that’s still around. I have seen cases when people have taken small amounts and turned them into large amounts and have completely blown up their accounts in the end, but that’s gambling and not long term investing which is what we believe is the key.


Question: Do I need to use your broker in order to have access to your indicators and chart templates?

Answer: No. You can use whatever broker you like to use it makes no difference to me. 


Question: Can I trade your strategy from my mobile?

Answer: Yes, most of my entries are placed from the mobile when I’m not at the desk.


Question: Can I use your strategy and approach for any market session?

Answer: Yes.


Question: Do I need any paid subscription services for news, squawk audio or data releases? 

Answer: No. I can provide links to the exact services that we use free of charge.


Question: I don’t have a PayPal account, is there any other way to pay for your services?

Answer: You don’t need a PayPal account to pay for my services, you can checkout as a guest and use whatever payment method you have (credit/debit card etc). If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact me and I’ll generate an invoice for the product you wish to purchase. 


Question: Once I have checked out and paid for one of your products, what’s the next step?

Answer: When I’m back at the desk, 6am UK time every morning, you will receive an automatic welcome email along with the invites to join our shared folder online – this is where all our information is stored.
