Forex-e-Learn.com are unable to offer refunds for items that have been downloaded and installed onto your trading platform/trading terminal due to the potential risk of plagiarism. All new client invoices and online orders (including those issued through third parties e.g. PayPal) must be agreed to validate the promotional terms arranged in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Any arrangement involving Forex-e-Learn.com providing their clients with a bonus to start trading is provided purely as a promotional offer. We do not take any commissions or percentages of the earnings that you create using our bonus. The trading bonus is deposited into a bank account of your choice where you are able to put it directly into your trading account or make alternate use of it. All promotional payments are made by bank transfer or cheque one month after you have successful started trading using our methods and strategies. You must either open an account and make an initial deposit with one of our Partnership Brokers, or you must already have a preferred account with a broker where you can trade.

FUNDED TRADER PROGRAM TERMS (last updated Tuesday 9th June 2020):
NOTE – The below terms include both “PRODUCT 2” and “PRODUCT 3” (referred to as P2 or P3) of the Funded Trader Program.
When a Client purchases either P2 or P3, Forex-e-Learn.com is operating an evaluation trading program and a trading career program appointed to recruit traders for a trading portfolio manager contractor role. Forex-e-Learn.com utilises a 3rd Party Proprietary Trading Firm’s services as a private label to market and recruit traders on their behalf whilst also providing value through educational trading services. Both the Client and Forex-e-Learn.com agree to act in good faith, honesty and fairly with business ethics.
Forex-e-Learn.com is responsible for delivering all information to the Client in relation to their account details and updates in a timely manner. The Client is not liable for any losses incurred during the program (evaluation or fully funded). Forex-e-Learn.com is responsible for paying the Client 50% of the profits received upon passing the “evaluation program” and 55% once fully funded at the end of each month as and where profits have been made during that period. The payment cycle begins on the 1st of each month and funds will be paid to the Client of any due profits within 5 working days of the start of each month. Forex-e-Learn.com will send payment via Bank Transfer to the Client’s account only in GBP.
Once Forex-e-Learn.com receives the purchase confirmation of either P2 or P3, the Client will receive their login details of the evaluation account within 24 hours of the purchase being made. The evaluation phase is set out as per the information on the “Funded Trader Program” page. Forex-e-Learn.com requires each Client to personally manage their risk when trading both the evaluation account and the fully funded portfolio management account. Risk limits are put into place automatically for the Client.
The termination of the funding program can occur due to the trader inability to adhere to the risk policies for both the evaluation and the portfolio manager phases.
Who Can Trade the Funded Accounts?
o Anyone who is above 18 years.
o Traders from any nationality from Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, & Australia.
o The funded accounts are available for individual traders only to trade the company’s capital.
o ID as proof of identity. This is to prove that the trader is the only one trading the forex funded account.
Experience in the Forex Market
o The trade must have at least some knowledge with forex trading terms, such Market Open and Closing Hours, Economic Calendar and Releases, Flexible and Fixed Spreads, Commissions, Overnight Swaps, Pip, Point Value, Lot Size, Stop Loss, Take Profit, Market Order, Stop Order, Limit Order, Ask, Bid, Drawdown $, Drawdown %, and type
o The trader must also demonstrate adequate trading skills during and after passing the evaluation.
o The trader must understand the risk management policies and the minimum requirements. Also, the trader must adjust his strategy risk exposure to match the requirements of the funding program before starting to trade the company’s capital.
The trader is not responsible for any losses in all the stages after passing the evaluation.
o The trader is required to act responsibly while trading with our capital and throughout the whole duration of the funded account to avoid any severe losses on the account.
o The trader must apply the required measures to enforce the risk management policies set out.
o The trader must not give access to the funded account to any 3rd parties. Doing so will terminate the activity of the trader.
o If the trader thinks of any theft or loss of the account access credentials, the trader must report to Forex-e-Learn.com by email – firstname.lastname@example.org
